The room we were given a free upgrade to was impeccably clean and updated and included it's own balcony, an air conditioning and a new carpet. The personnel was affable and accommodating. Had a comfortable stay on a business trip, would stay there again...

Location
Room was disgusting nothing like pictures shown. Sick on floor hadn't been cleaned properly, holes in net curtains, carpet fraying and coming up from floor, bed was broken so you slept on a slant. Disgusting !

Great location
Rooms a bit tatty. Staff quite lazy......when we arrived to check in we were told by the girl on the desk we would have to wait as she had finished and the other receptionist had gone for a cup of tea. Also when we needed a hair dryer we were told we would have to go reception for it, no one would bring it up. (Same receptionist again!)

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing I could fault was a couple of dodgy electrics in the room..(plug sockets) other than that everything else was perfect!

I stayed here last summer and it was way better than my previous experience in dublin. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a fresh vibe that exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of temple bar, made exploring super convenient.
the noise from the bar was relentless.

Energetic, energetic, energetic
I had the best time soaking in the vibrant atmosphere right in the heart of everything! My twin room was spacious and clean, and I couldn't get enough of the view from my floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the river! With live music every night and a rooftop bar to sip my cocktails under the stars, I reminded me of I was living the Dublin dream!
